If payment is made by the Registered Keeper/ Person Liable of the Vehicle, but the Driver subsequently makes a successful appeal against the Parking Charge Notice, a refund will be made to the Registered Keeper/ Person Liable of the Vehicle.

All refunds will be recorded on a central log including amount refunded, method of refund, who refund is made to, date and reason for refund.
